Event Overview

Show Hours:

  • Saturday, March 1: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 2: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM


Set-Up Times:

  • Vendors may begin setting up on Friday, February 28 at Noon.
  • All booths must be in place by 8:45 AM on Saturday, March 1 (even if not open for business yet).
  • Special early setup arrangements can be made upon request.


Tear-Down Deadline:

  • Booths must be cleaned and vacated by 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 2 unless prior arrangements are made.



Note: If you are not on the premises by 8:45 AM on March 1, your deposit may be forfeited unless you have made prior arrangements with show management.

Vendor Booth Fees and Options

We offer several booth sizes and configurations to accommodate different exhibitor needs. Please note that spots with power are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional 10 ft (for 10×10) $50.00 per 10 ft

  • One table is provided per booth space; vendors should bring any additional display items, chairs, or tables they need.
  • If you require electricity, please indicate so on your registration form. Power spots are limited and not guaranteed.

Important Vendor Information

  • Registration and Deposit:

      Must be submitted no later than three (3) days before the event.Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a no-show.Refunds will only be issued if the Elmore County Sports and Gun Show is canceled.
  • Application Approval:

      All vendor applications are reviewed by a committee to ensure a successful and diverse venue.If your booth is not approved, any fees or deposits will be returned in full.
  • Booth Assignment:

      Spaces are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, but the Fair reserves the right to reassign locations if needed for the show’s success.You will receive a map of your location upon check-in at the Fairgrounds office.
  • Vendor Set-Up & Check-In:

      Begins at Noon on Friday, February 28.All booths must be set up by 8:45 AM on Saturday, March 1.Special arrangements can be made for early or alternative setup times.
  • Prohibited Items & Rules:

      No outside alcohol is allowed on the grounds.All firearms will be checked at the door and zip-tied for safety.Vehicles must be parked in the designated public parking area.A complete list of prohibited items (e.g., ninja stars, firecrackers, etc.) can be found in the official guidelines below.
  • Merchandise Approval:

      Vendors must submit a complete list of products or services they plan to sell.The Fair Manager reserves the right to disallow any items deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the event.
  • Liability and Insurance:

      Vendors assume all risk for loss, theft, or damage of merchandise, equipment, or personal property.Elmore County, the Elmore County Fair and Rodeo, and their affiliates are not liable for any injury, theft, or damage that may occur.
  • Food Vendors:

      Must comply with Central District Health regulations.Provide a copy of your Health Permit (if applicable) with your application.

1. Complete the Registration Form:

  • Provide your contact information, booth size requirements, power needs, and a complete list of items you plan to sell.

2. Submit Your Payment:

  • Make checks/money orders payable to:
