  1. Electrical, Water and Sewer services are available on first come, first serve basis only.


2. Quiet time– 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.


3. Campers are responsible for their own garbage. Use the trash cans provided or dumpsters at rodeo grounds


4. Showers available behind the restrooms, south side past the beef barn. (Seasonal availability)


5. RVs must park in designated camping spots; Horse trailers may park along the side of the driveway/race track to access power and water if you want to stay close to the barns.


6. All fees for camping must be paid to ECFR at time of entry. Checks payable to ECFR or Elmore County Fair and Rodeo. 


7. Please clean up after your dogs.


8. Horse trailer clean out behind the 3rd barn, please DO NOT PUT MANURE OR SHAVINGS IN TRASH CANS 


9. Fireworks are prohibited


10. Picnic tables may be moved in camp, with caution. Please return to spaces upon departure.


11. Handicap parking is available in the north and south campgrounds. Large concrete pads with 20,30 and 50 amp hook ups


Payment can be made online here Cash or check can be left in the drop box in the red tube next to the fees sign in front of the 1st set of horse barns (your left side when you come in the gate from the frontage road) Please label payment with your name.
