Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM 

Doors Open: 10:00AM -4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 

Your Space Must Be Cleaned By 6:00 Pm Sunday

Unless arraignments have been made to pick it up later/ time/date

Location: Elmore County Fairgrounds 855 E. 1st Avenue Glenns Ferry, Idaho 83623

Fee: $15.00 for one 8 ft. table space $25.00 for a 10X10 space and power, $50.00.00 10 x 20

Information:

*Elmore County Harvest Festival has limited spots available with access to power. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis! 

Please bring your own chairs and display containers. 

  • All vendors requiring a permit or license shall obtain and display all permits or licenses that are applicable.
  • All vendor applications shall be reviewed and approved by the Fair Manager to ensure all booths promote a successful venue. Any booth not approved will receive any deposit or fees sent with their application back in full.
  • No merchandise or printed material can be distributed or sold upon fairground property without first purchasing booth space from Elmore County Fair Board.

We will provide one table per booth space, but please bring our own display items.

ITEMS PROHIBITED ON COUNTY PROPERTY:

  • Glass Containers (except those containing items for sale)
  • Guns (allowed for display only)
  • Nun chucks, ninja stars, Chinese throwing stars, firecrackers, pop-bangs
  • Explosive devices

Liability:

  • The vendor/exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elmore County, and the Fair Board, their elected officials, officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, actions, or judgments for damages and injury to persons or property arising out of or in connection with the use of the Premises, or activities of the vendors/exhibitors acts and/or any performances or activities of vendor/exhibitors, their agents, employees, or representatives, invitees, volunteers, or visitors. 
  • Vendor/exhibitor hereby releases Elmore County, or the Fair Board, from any loss, damage, or theft of any merchandise, product, equipment, or any property in connection with the vendors/exhibitor’s use of the Premises, parking lot, fair grounds, or transportation to and from the fairgrounds. The vendor/exhibitor assumes all risk for loss, theft, or damage of any merchandise, product, equipment, or other property brought on to the Premises or fairgrounds.
